May 23, 2008: We unfortunately have to cancel our recently announced gig at Fired Up because Nate got some bad news about his finger. Just when we though things were healing, the Doc said he has to go for surgery. So Nate “Nine 9/10 Fingers” is not so much a joke anymore. May 21, 2008: Things have been a bit slow for the Donut Kings lately, but that's about to change. Let's get you up to date. Nate is recovering from a wood splitting accident that almost left him with only 9 digits. If you hear people calling him "Nine fingers" you'll know why. Marty left the band last fall to peruse fame and glory in the band The Covers, which also features Bob on bass. Donut Kings are back to a three piece for the moment, but are searching for the right person to be the 4th donut.
